Where can I find trading card shows near me?

ShowFloor lists upcoming trading card shows by date and location, and its "Shows near you" page sorts them by distance from your ZIP code, day by day. Each listing has the dates, hours, venue, card types, admission price and the vendors who'll be there.

Are there any card shows this weekend?

Filter ShowFloor's show directory by "This weekend" to see every card show happening from Friday to Sunday. You can narrow it further by state or search for a show by name.

How do I find a specific card at a card show?

Use Treasure Hunt on ShowFloor: before the show, list the cards you're looking for, and vendors at that show see your list. When a vendor has one of your cards, you're matched with their table and can message them before you arrive.

How do I know which vendors will be at a card show?

Every show page on ShowFloor lists its approved vendors, what each one is bringing and their verified social accounts. If the host has published a floor plan, you can tap any table on the venue map to see who's at it.

How do I get a vendor table at a card show?

Create a vendor account on ShowFloor, fill in your profile and apply for a table at any show that's taking applications. The show's hosts review your application, and once you're approved your table appears on the show's floor plan.

How much does a vendor table at a card show cost?

Each show sets its own table prices, usually by table size, and ShowFloor lists them on the show's page. Table prices are shown to signed-in vendors, so create a vendor account to see them.

What is a Card Back?

A Card Back is a public page on ShowFloor for card vendors and showrunners: like the back of a trading card, it shows who you are, your verified socials and your upcoming shows. Its address is always your verified Instagram handle, so nobody else can claim your name.

For showrunners

What software do card show promoters use?

ShowFloor is software built specifically for running trading card shows. It handles vendor applications, table assignments on a floor plan, vendor check-in, co-hosts and announcements from one dashboard.

How do I manage vendor applications for my card show?

On ShowFloor, you share one application link, review each vendor's showcase and notes, and approve them with the number of tables you're granting. Table sizes and limits stop you from overselling the floor.

How do I check in vendors at a card show?

On ShowFloor, your staff check in each vendor as they arrive by picking them from the show's list of approved vendors. The front gate screen keeps a running count of verified vendors and shows each one's table, so you know the floor is ready before the doors open.

How do I get my card show listed?

Submit it on ShowFloor's "Request a show" page, and it appears in the directory once the site team approves it. To run the whole show on ShowFloor, with vendor applications, floor plans and vendor check-in, ask the site team for a host invite.
