What ShowFloor is
ShowFloor helps people find card shows and card stores, and helps show organizers run their shows: listings, tickets, vendor applications and tables, floor plans and check-in. ShowFloor is a platform. We don't organize the shows listed here, and we aren't the seller of tickets or tables: the show's organizer is.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at support@showfloor.me if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens on it.
Be truthful in what you post: shows, applications, inventory, reviews and messages. Don't use ShowFloor to scam, harass or spam anyone, to sell counterfeit or stolen items, or to break the law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Fees
ShowFloor has no subscriptions, and every organizer tool is free. We charge a booking fee only when money is paid through ShowFloor:
- Listing a show, applying to vendor, every organizer tool
- Free
- Free tickets and free orders
- Free
- Paid ticket orders online
- $0.49 per order, however many tickets
- Card payments at the door, paid by phone
- $0.49 per sale
- Vendor table payments online (card or bank)
- 3% of the table price, at most $4.99
- Cash and payments made outside ShowFloor
- Free
- Optional: a featured spot on the home page
- $19.00 for 7 days, $34.00 for 14 days, $59.00 for 30 days
Each organizer chooses whether buyers and vendors pay the booking fee, as a line in their total, or the organizer absorbs it. Either way, every price shown before you pay includes it. We may agree different fees with an organizer for their shows.
Card and bank processing is handled by Stripe for the organizer, who pays Stripe's processing fees from their own Stripe account. Prices may not include taxes the organizer has to charge.
Featured spots
Organizers can buy a featured spot for a show: it's placed at the front of the home page's featured shows, labelled Promoted, from when it's paid (or when the show's current spot ends) until the days bought run out or the show ends, whichever comes first. You buy it from ShowFloor, not from another organizer. Spots are limited; we may refuse or remove one that breaks these terms, refunding the unused days. Otherwise they aren't refunded once started.
Buying tickets
You buy tickets from the show's organizer. Payment goes to the organizer's own Stripe account, and their business name is what you'll see on your card statement. Your tickets are the QR codes on your confirmation page (and under My Shows when you're signed in).
Refunds are the organizer's decision and follow their policy, including when a show is cancelled or postponed: contact the organizer first. When an order is refunded in full through ShowFloor, our booking fee is refunded too. If a payment arrives after the hold on your seats has expired, we refund it automatically.
Vendors and tables
Applying doesn't reserve a table. Once the organizer accepts you, your spot is confirmed when your table is paid: online through ShowFloor (by card, or by bank account for US shows, which takes about four business days to clear), or any other way the organizer accepts and records.
Table refunds are between you and the organizer. When an online table payment is refunded in full, our booking fee is refunded too. An organizer must refund an online payment before removing a vendor who made it.
Organizers
To take payments you connect your own Stripe account and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement. You are the seller of everything sold for your shows: you set the prices and your refund policy, you deliver what you sell, and you answer chargebacks and disputes in your Stripe account.
You're responsible for the taxes on your sales, including sales and admission taxes where your show takes place, and for any permits your event needs. You authorize us to take our booking fee from each payment as Stripe's application fee.
Keep your listings accurate, and tell buyers and vendors promptly if a show is cancelled or changes date.
Our responsibility
We work to keep ShowFloor running and accurate, but it's provided as is. Shows, tables and items are provided by their organizers and vendors, not us, and we aren't responsible for them. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and continuing to use ShowFloor means you accept them. Questions: support@showfloor.me.
